Projects Around The World:
“Journey of the Berbers in Morocco”: Sept./Oct. 2013
Mark followed a nomadic Berber tribe as they made their seasonal 120 mile trek from the High Atlas Mountains into the Sahara Desert capturing their unique story with still photography, and motion video. Given unique insider access to one of the last nomadic Berber tribes, a photographic book, exhibition, and a short documentary film will result.

“Bhutan Through Bhutanese Eyes”: June/July 2015
After teaching a select group of Bhutanese natives the art of photography, their images were displayed throughout the world in exhibitions.

“Bali Through Balinese Eyes”: 2015-present
One on one photography mentorship program with Gede Arya Danu Palguna of Penempaham Village, Bali. Mark taught the art of photography to Gede, provided the necessary equipment, and continues to provide guidance, assisting in Gede’s goal to help preserve Balinese culture and tell the genuine story of Bali, both in Indonesia and around the world. Gede’s photographs have been featured on several Balinese magazine covers, have been in exhibitions, and his videos have now become the official videos for and are used extensively by the Indonesian Consulate.

“Restless Spirit”: 2021 (post-production)
A full feature documentary about the pursuit of dreams of creative artists (musicians and photographers) from around the world; focusing on the passion of their work, the obstacles they’ve had to endure and overcome, their giving back and helping others, and their unique vision.
