No, I'm really not a werewolf, but I do love the full moon. It presents such a photographic challenge, and if done properly, the results can be absolutely astounding. I've stayed out all night shivering in sub-freezing temperatures to capture some of these images. A single exposure can take up to 30 minutes, or more. With an exposure that long, you see what appears to be the movement of the stars in the sky, when, in reality, that movement is actually caused by the earth's rotation, the stars aren't moving at all. To capture that effect is both the challenge and the unique beauty of Full Moon Art Photography.
