What printing materials do you use?
Photographs are available as metal prints, acrylic prints.
Images are also available on fine art papers, matte paper, and glossy photo.
What is your shipping Policy?
All orders at Mark Paulda Photography are fulfilled by Bay Photo Print Labs.
We ship the cheapest route, using USPS and UPS. Shipping dates range from 1-7 business days, depending on distance. Customers will receive tracking number via email as soon as their order has shipped.
*In-Store pick up – FREE for all El Paso, Texas residents. Option is available once TX address is entered at check out.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Please make your selections carefully. We do not accept returns. All sales are FINAL. There is a 25% fee for any changes after the order is placed.

Do you provide billing info or anything that notates prices when you ship my order?
No. We will include the PACKING SLIP which only notates the customer name, print requests and shipping address. If you would like to send your receiver a special note, just type it in the box at checkout.
Is it possible to have a "rush" order?
Yes, Mark Paulda offers a rush option. The rush option pushes your order to the front of the list, making it a priority. Rush orders accrue a fee of 25% of your total.
What is the average turn around time?
While Mark Paulda Photography endeavors to complete all orders within 5 business days, wait times may be extended depending on the content of your order and during busier periods.
Paper- 1-3 business days
Metal - 5 business days
Acrylic - 5 business days
There is always the option to rush your print for a 25% fee of your total.
I am worried about the color of my prints coming out too dark or too light? Can I proof first?
Yes, we are able to print test proofs for you at $5 a piece. The proofing process exists due to differing color profiles and screen calibrations. Please understand that what you see on your screen can differ from what gets printed. We print Adobe RGB and edit images at 65-75% screen brightness.
Can I only order frames?
Yes. Please call or email us.
How do you package my order?
Depending on what your order consists of, we will put rolled paper and canvas in secure shipping tubes, while stretched canvas and framed pieces are protected with cardboard corners, bubble wrap, craft paper, and a secure shipping box.
What type of glass do you use for framing?
We use a 2 mil clear plexi-glass. It is ideal for safe shipping and blocks 66% of harmful UV light.
Will a paper print look similar to a canvas print?
Color will remain consistent over all of our media types.
Can I print bigger than what the website says?
Yes, but we suggest loose canvas or loose paper prints if you are planning on shipping.
Can you mount to foam core?
Yes, we are able to mount to foam core up to a certain size. Please contact us for mounting inquiries.
What about mattes?
We stock only white mattes.
What are my finish options for canvas and what are they like? Do you always coat the canvas? Do you coat loose canvas?
We will always coat canvas for protection, stretched or loose canvas. We have a glossy and satin option for your preference.
Can my paper prints be deckled?
Yes, we can deckle for a fee of $3-5 per print.
